If my credit cards declined or I miss a payment, what will you do?
Normally we use the next 24 to 48 hours as a grace period. In the grace period you must at least respond to phone calls, emails, instant messages, or text messages letting us know you are aware of the issue. Each issue is dealt on a case by case issue. Sometime we may suspend service to get your attention if really need be.
We all make mistakes and our credit cards do expire every few years.
